The Queen Registrar Court usually meets on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 6:30 on Zoom. There is also a regular meetup at Costellos Travel Cafe on Mondays from 10ish to Noonish where we do check ins and work on this exercise in community building.
We, community, RFLS, QM, need help scheduling and prioritizing the following Monthly Events. As it is, they currently only happen erratically or exist as a concept. Each of the following could happen on the regular if 2 or 3 people committed to topping them for one to several months at a time. Contact us if you would like to help! If someone steps up to create a sign up sheet that would be great, put the link here… ;)
Medicine Magic Heart Circle + Dosing Discussion (preferably one on zoom and one in person): A literal heart circle with a focus on Medicines for our personal recovery of our Body, Mind, and Spirit. After circle and bio break there is an open Dosing Discussion and planning for at least one Supplemental Support meetup a month.
Supplemental support: meets in person and/or on zoom and people encapsulate supplements while having casual conversations around the concept of "Supplemental Support."
Queer Magic Medicine Show: A spiritual Open Mic and Pancake Breakfast. We know that we want this monthly. This is the regular Portland Based Radical Faerie Church Service we’ve been waiting for! Prove this concept monthly to the point where we invest in Penis Waffle and Pussy Waffle machines. Pussy Waffle Machine will be available for free use by Plan V and Womyn’s events. Penis Waffle Machine will be whored out at top dollar to rich faggot and “men” events to help fundraise for the Queer Magic Revolution/Evolution.
Sacrament Sunday: Once a month a gathering of psitters and psychonauts in a safe, warm, clean, dry, accessible space that has access to private outdoor space and bathing facilities as well. Meet in mid-late morning, simple ritual and sacraments. Afternoon meditations and healing. Closing followed by simple meal together. Sitters and supporters make sure everyone is gently integrated back to their home base. Integration Circle happens within the week afterwards (doodle poll of participants ahead of time determines integration time for following week so everyone knows ahead of time).
Faerie Housing Ministry: Monthly potluck followed by Heart Circle focused on how our houses/homes/shelters minister to us and the community and how we minister to them. A space to be honest about the challenges of finding housing, keeping housing, maintaining housing, co-housing, landlord issues, tenant issues, roommate issues, accessibility issues, aging in place, estate planning within community, land trusts, and more. Propose a yearly weekend meetup for Faeries Living In Community Conference modeled on the first FLICC back around 2005. Start a database of Housing for the Ministry.
